He has already participated in the recruitment process. When he sat for the TET, he was within the age limit and due to delay in commencing the recruitment process, he crossed his age limit. So crossing the age bar will not create any impediment to the petitioner and, therefore, if he succeeds in the recruitment process, he should be recommended.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.

The notice of the Board dated 27.12.2022 as indicated above is kept on record.

Affidavit of service filed in court today is kept on record.
