It is the allegation of the petitioner that though he has been internally assessed by the College in all the four papers of the first Semester Examination of B.A. (Hons.) in English, the University did not provide any marks in the marksheet for the said internal assessments.

It has been submitted by the College that the College repeatedly issued by a series of letters requesting the University to provide the marks of internal assessments as sent by it.

Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the University submits that University shall issue a rectified marksheet in terms of the internal assessment marks provided by the College by

forwarding letter dated February 1, 2023 in a short period of time.

Accordingly, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the University to issue a rectified marksheet of B.A. Semester-I (Honours) Examination, 2019 in favour of the petitioner after incorporating the marks provided by the College to the University for the internal assessment of the said examination within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 27894 of 2023 is disposed of.
