Mr. S. S. Koley ... for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 12th June, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is an electric pole situated at the land belonging to the petitioner and the same is causing nuisance and obstruction.

On behalf of the respondent-WBSEDCL, it is submitted that the petitioner is a subsequent purchaser of the land and that the electric pole was installed way back in 2015 whereas the petitioner has purchased the land only in 2024. Be that as it may, WPA 28731 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Station Manager, being the respondent no. 5, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the interested parties.

It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and all issues are left open to be decided by the concerned authority in accordance with law.
