Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 10 months and has been implicated as there was alleged recovery from his possession.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail.

I have taken into account the complicity of the present petitioner as also the totality of the facts of the present case. Having regard to the order passed in CRM (NDPS) 1477 of 2025, I am of the view that at this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner cannot be granted in view of the directions passed therein. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail at the appropriate stage.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1679 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
