Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that more than two and half years petitioner is in custody and there has been no improvement in the case and only 3 witnesses out of the 24 witnesses till date have been examined.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

In view of the fact that the victim till date not being examined, I direct the learned trial Court to examine the CSW2, who is the victim as the next witness of the case.

The evidence of the victim be concluded within a period of 60 days from the next date so fixed before the learned trial Court.

Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over.

At this stage, CRM (M) 2796 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
