1. This is a public interest litigation, wherein the petitioner seeks for cancellation of appointment of the private respondent.

2. Considering the facts of the case, the cause brought about by the petitioner cannot be entertained as a public interest litigation and the same is dismissed as not maintainable.

3. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from approaching the appropriate forum for necessary relief.

4. No Costs.
