Present petition has been filed seeking direction for disposal of application dated 26th November, 2024 filed on behalf of the de facto complainant/petitioner for return of seized 'stridhan' articles in G.R. No.304 of 2019 arising out Uttarpara P.S. Case No.304 of 2019.

The court considers that no prejudice will be caused if an appropriate order is passed in this regard.

Let the application dated 26th November, 2024 filed on behalf of the de facto complainant/petitioner for return of seized 'stridhan' articles in G.R. No.304 of 2019 arising out Uttarpara P.S. Case No.304 of 2019 be disposed of expeditiously without any unnecessary adjournments in accordance with the law preferably within three months.
