Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents fled away with her acquaintance and in spite of informing the police authorities in respect of the respondent nos. 4 to 8, no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Records reflects that last of the information was sent to the police authorities is on 12.9.2023. Mr. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that Rabindranagar P.S. Case No. 272 dated 15.09.2023 has been registered on the complaint of respondent no. 4.

Petitioner submits that no action till date has been taken on his complaint.

Petitioner will exhaustively communicate the information with the reminder that on 12.09.2023 he has already lodged complaint alleging removal of jewelleries and other articles to the O.C., Nadial P.S.. The concerned police station will freshly consider the issue in the background of matrimonial dispute existing between the parties and thereafter exercise his discretion and act in

accordance with law.

Report so submitted be kept with the records. Copy of the reports be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

With the above observations, WPA 27902 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
