For the Appellant Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and on that basis a document dated 20th March, 2023 is produced before us showing that pursuant to the settlement reached, the entire amount has been paid to the respondents.

In view thereof, the appeal is disposed of by recording the submission of the learned counsel representing the appellant that the settled amount has been paid to the respondents and they have no other claim against the appellant by showing the proof of payment of Rs.60,000/- (Sixty Thousand) dated 20th March, 2023 as the settled amount.

There will be no order as to costs.
