1. The petitioners' apprehension is that the election of the respondent no. 10, which is due to be held on December 28, 2025, may entail some disorderly behaviour from the participating members and/or from outsiders.

2. The apprehension of the petitioners is not completely baseless as will appear from the letters annexed to the writ petition, particularly one dated December 13, 2025, at page no. 22 of the writ petition.

3. In order to quell any such apprehension, respondent no. 5 is directed to ensure that

sufficient police personnel are deployed at the venue of the election to be held on December 28, 2025, with adequate equipment to ensure a free, fair and peaceful election process, conducted by the respondent no. 4, which will terminate with the declaration of the election result.

4. The petitioners will be at liberty to install necessary Close Circuit Camera Televisions (CCCTV) to record the election process at their own cost.

5. Control of such cameras will be handled by the respondent no. 4, who shall preserve the footage of the election process in an adequate digital storage system.

6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

9.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
