Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is the principal accused. He had dealt a blow on his father resulting in his death. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail.

In view of gravity of offence and the principal role played by the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
