By way of filing this public interest litigation the petitioner alleges that the private respondent nos.13 and 14 have filled up a water body and are putting up construction thereon.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the respondent nos.13 and 14 would vehemently deny the said allegation and contends that there is no trace of any water body and the land is a dry land in which there are standing crops. He further states that the petitioner is their neighbour and there is some other reason for filing the public interest litigation.

Since we are not fully satisfied with the bonafide of the writ petitioner, the grounds sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted.
