It appears that a charge sheet being Pandua PS Charge Sheet No. 582 of 2022 dated 31.12.2022 has been filed.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Pandua Police.

The instant writ petition is, therefore, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
