A report dated 01.05.2023 filed by the State is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioners, specific FIR has already been registered being Sinthee PS Case No.14 dated 01.02.2023 under Sections 341, 323, 506 and 114 of the Penal Code.

It appears that the FIR was registered quite some time ago.

Let the Investigating Agency conclude the investigation expeditiously and in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Since affidavits were not called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
