Kiran .... for the petitioner Mr. Suman Dey ... for Vocational Council It appears that due to inadvertence, in the order dated 06.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.A. 29091 of 2024 the name of the learned advocate representing the Vocational Council was not recorded. On that date Mr. Suman Dey, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the Council / WBSCTE&SD.

The inadvertent error is hereby corrected and the order dated 06.12.2024 shall always be read conjointly with the order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon completion of requisite formalities.
