The petitioners claim to be bona fide purchaser of different flats in different floors of premises No. 37, Elliot Road, Police Station- Park Street, Kolkata 700016. No documents in support thereof have, however, been produced. The petitioners, however, seek to challenge a demolition order dated 18th December, 2025 passed by the Special Officer, Building, KMC. No document has also been disclosed by the petitioners to demonstrate that the petitioners have any interest in the flats in question.

Having regard thereto, I am of the view in absence of appropriate disclosure being made, there is no scope to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed without any order as to costs.
