Having heard Mr. Karan Dudhwewala, learned advocate for the petitioner at length, this Court is of the view that the accused persons should be given adequate opportunity to raise all such grievances as alleged on behalf of the accused persons/petitioners at the time of consideration of charge by the trial Court by filing an application for discharge. If such application is filed in the trial Court, the trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law.

Since warrants of arrest have been issued against the accused persons /petitioners, the execution of warrants of arrest be recalled. The accused persons are directed to surrender before the trial Court and on their surrender the learned trial Court shall consider the prayer for bail, if any, favourably and in accordance with law. The instant revision is, thus, disposed of.
