Dag No. 894, Khatian No.1439, J.L. No.71, Mouza- Jagatdal, District-24 Parganas (South).

I am of the view that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent nos.9 and 10 are purely civil in nature and such dispute can only be decided by the competent Civil Court. Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality cannot decide such disputed civil issues.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. I, however grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent Civil Court seeking appropriate direction.

Accordingly, WPA 28998 of 2022 is disposed of.
