1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. This revisional application has been filed with prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding in connection with GR Case No. 867 of 2024 corresponding to Hariharpara Police Station Case No. 89 of 2024 under Sections 448/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. Both learned counsel as well as accused are present. State is also represented.

4. Considering the offence alleged in this case, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to dispose of this case as expeditiously as possible in compliance with the provision of Section 309 of CrPC

(346 of BNSS), even after preponing the date of appearance of the accused, if necessary.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Parties are at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court for information.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
