The instant application is filed praying for expediting the Complaint Case No. 1459 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Bidhannagar.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the next date is fixed for hearing on 13.09.2023. The matter was filed in the year 2022. The trial Court is expected to expedite the matter without giving any undue adjournments, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receiving of this order. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4779 of 2022 is disposed of.
