1. Petitioners pray for bail.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the eyewitness exonerates the petitioners.

3. The victim committed suicide.

4. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the court to the post-mortem report and the materials in the case diary.

5. Post-mortem report suggests that the death was homicidal in nature due to manual strangulation. There is injury noted in the dead body.

6. Considering such post-mortem report, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

8. CRM (DB) 4186 of 2024 is disposed of.
