Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandyopadhyay Ms. Priyanka Anand Sharma ... for the petitioner Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ...for the Board The petitioner has lost her admit card which was issued to her by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education in respect of recruitment process of 2012. One phase of the recruitment procedure this year is going to be held on 27th December, 2022 and as the petitioner has lost her admit card, she will not be allowed to face the interview board.

Learned advocate for the Board submits that when she has lost her admit card, she should come with one duly affirmed affidavit authenticated by the First Class Magistrate or any Metropolitan Magistrate with the particulars that she had one admit card which she lost in 2016 and that she is one and same person is also to be mentioned in the said affidavit. The petitioner has been found as an eligible candidate for school and she has been called for the interview by the Board to be held on

27.12.2022.

Considering the balance of convenience and inconvenience I direct the Board to allow the petitioner in the interview to be held on 27th December, 2022 even if she does not come up with such an affidavit on the particular date. But unless the petitioner submits such an affidavit by ten days thereafter her candidature shall be treated as cancelled.
