1. The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner-in-person be kept with the record.

2. This Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the Grievance Redressal Committee. A meeting was held on May 25, 2025 wherein the Grievance Redressal Committee has directed the President, BoM to submit a detailed report to the GRC and the follow up measures taken in this issue preferably within a period of 15 days as mentioned in the WB AOA Bylaws.

3. On December 7, 2025, the Grievance Redressal Committee had issued a notice requesting to submit the details but in spite of the said no details has been submitted. On November 27, 2025 the petitioner also made a complaint to the Grievance Redressal Committee but same has not been decided.

4. Considering the above, this Court finds that unless and until the Grievance Redressal Committee will decide the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties it is not proper for this Court to entertain the writ application at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the Grievance Redressal Committee is directed to complete the process of hearing and to pass a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. WPA 28755 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
