1. There are two categories of candidates involved, that is, candidates participating in the selection process for the post of Assistant Teachers for Classes IX-X as well as XI-XII.

2. On the parity of the same reasoning as that of our judgment and order dated December 16, 2025 passed in MAT 2115 of 2025 with IA No.: CAN 1 of 2025, the same facilities be extended to the candidates of Classes IX-X subject to the same conditions as imposed therein.

3. Needless to say, for the writ petitioners who participated in the Classes XI-XII examinations, the directions contained in MAT 2115 of 2025 with IA No.: CAN 1 of 2025 will apply.

4. MAT 2199 of 2025 and IA No.: CAN 1 of 2025 are disposed of accordingly.
