Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is the principal accused. He had assaulted the victim resulting in his death. His bail prayer was rejected earlier in October, 2023.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
