So far as the boundary line is concerned, if there is no dispute but the petitioner is restrained from carrying out his work, the police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility at the locale.

However, if there is any dispute in respect of the boundary line, the parties would settle the dispute before the

learned Civil Court, then only, the police authorities would interfere for rendering their appropriate assistance.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29261 of 2024 is disposed of.
