Dipanjan Datta, learned Senior Government Advocate is directed to represent the state with a junior of his choice. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have perused the writ petition along with annexures. I do not find any communication made to the police authorities by which the police authorities could have taken any action.

However, since the genesis of the case seem to arise out of matrimonial discord if the petitioner submits any information to the police authorities and the police authorities find that a cognizable offence is made out, with a human face, the police authorities would consider such representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 30068 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
