1. Report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, ECO Park Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate is taken on record. The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is also produced along with the report.

2. In view of the fact that the girl has been recovered and the accused persons presently are in custody, we dispose of this petition by recording recovery of the child.

3. We direct the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation at the earliest and to file necessary report before the Court concerned.

4. We make it clear that we have not considered the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in this proceeding as it is not necessary for us to go into such question.

5. WPA(H) 87 of 2023 is accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
