1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in July, 2023. Trial is in progress. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
