1. Heard the submissions of both the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the materials on record as well as the case diary.

2. The nature of allegation levelled against the present petitioner, involving causing monetary loss of common people on complaint being lodged before Cyber Crime P.S. Charge-sheet has been submitted, however, charge has not yet been framed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and extent of complicity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail at this stage.

4. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, thus, rejected.

5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
