1. Petitioner stands implicated in murder of the wife.

2. Body of the petitioner and the victim were recovered from a vehicle in which the petitioner was travelling along with the victim and their child. Postmortem report states that the victim died out of gun shot injury. Forensic evidence suggests that the firearm was fired from within the vehicle.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 4193 of 2024 is dismissed.
