1. On the prayer made by the petitioner appearing in person, liberty is granted to him to withdraw CPAN 1680 of 2023 and file afresh against proper incumbent and with appropriate pleadings.

2. None of the allegations contained in the contempt application shall be deemed to have been admitted by Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick or his junior Ms. Parna Roychoudhury.

3. All allegations against Mr. Mallick and Ms. Roychoudhury shall stand expunged.

4. In view of the above, CPAN 1680 of 2023 shall stand dismissed as withdrawn.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
