None appears for the private respondent despite service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the private respondent has vacated the premises in question.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become redundant and is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
