Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the designation of the respondent No. 15.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition for consideration of its claim for reimbursement of the differential amount of tax due to change in the rate of tax with effect from 18th July, 2022 along with payment of statutory interest.

From record I find that for redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation before the respondent

authority concerned on 13th October, 2023 being annexure P/4 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 28014 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 15 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned will consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
