1. None appears for the petitioners at the time of call.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that the order of this court has already been complied with and a letter has been addressed on behalf of the petitioners to the alleged contemnor acknowledging the receipt of the amount pursuant to the order of this court.

3. A copy of the said communication made by the petitioners is handed over in court and be kept on record.

4. In view of the above, CPAN 1927 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous.
