Petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of the present proceedings since the year 2022. Petitioner is in custody for almost about two years. The memorandum of evidence so submitted on behalf of the State reflects that the date has been fixed for examination under Section 313 CrPC.
Having considered that the trial is at the fag end, I direct that the learned trial court will after conclusion of 313 CrPC give one date in every fifteen days for examination of the defence witness.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/accused submits that it would be sufficient if six months' time is granted to conclude the defence evidence. Be that as it may, I direct in view of the stage of the proceedings, the learned trial court will pronounce
the verdict of the case by 30th November, 2024. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4794 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
