1. Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned advocate for the petitioner, Mr.

Ashok Kumar Chakraborty, learned Additional Solicitor General for the Union of India and Mr. Arun Kumar Maiti (Mohanty), learned advocate for the NIA, are present.

2. In furtherance of previous orders passed by this court, learned Additional Solicitor General produced Office Memorandum dated 2nd December, 2025 and urged that the report in this case needs to be filed by respondent no.2 and for this purpose 4 weeks time may be granted.

3. The petitioner opposed such prayers by contending that for a considerable long time no report has been filed.

4. We have noticed that previously direction was issued to file report by respondent no.1.

Accordingly, we deem it proper to grant time as prayed for by learned Additional Solicitor General.

Let such report be filed within 4 weeks positively by supplying copy to the petitioner. The petitioner may file exception within 2 weeks therefrom.

5. List the matter thereafter.
