1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits co-accused has been granted bail by the learned trial court. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the brothel. Five victims of sex trafficking were recovered from the brothel. In view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
