Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025 and he has been implicated in connection with the instant case only because being an employee of Biplab Sarkar.

However, the prosecution case reflects that the present petitioner was involved in accommodation, transportation and local coordination for infiltrators. To that extent, one Subrata Mondal a Bangladeshi national was found to have been aided by this petitioner as also for obtaining forged identification cards belonging to India.

Charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case. As such, a last opportunity

is granted to the prosecution to put in efforts for substantial progress in the case in next sixty days.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after 30.06.2026.

At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2802 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
