The petitioner no.1 is the son, the petitioner no.2 is the daughter-in-law and the petitioner no.3 is the grandson of the respondent no.6.

The petitioners prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities for restraining the respondent no.6 from illegal and malicious use of the two rooms under the possession of the respondent no.6 by taking misappropriate shelter of the order dated 19th June, 2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.A. 6880 of 2022 filed by the respondent no.6. It appears from the submission made on behalf of the parties that a Title Suit being Title Suit No.417 of 2023 has been filed by the petitioners before the

Learned Civil Court seeking declaration of right in the suit property. The Learned Civil Court passed order directing the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the possession, nature and character of the suit property.

The petitioners appear to be aggrieved by the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 19th June, 2023 in W.P.A. 6880 of 2022 (Latika Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.). In the event, the petitioners are dissatisfied with the order passed by the Coordinate Bench or if the petitioners contend violation of the direction passed in the said order, it will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent Court for relief. No further order can be passed in favour of the petitioners in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
