It is submitted that though the petitioner has deposited one-third of the arrear tax in respect of the concerned building in terms of the said order. The Municipality, however, has not allotted a separate holding number in favour of the petitioner's shop-room. Learned advocate appearing for the Municipality does not deny the payment made by the petitioner. It is further submitted that since the petitioner has failed to make online application for allotting a separate holding number, his prayer could not be considered.

It is submitted that the petitioner makes the application. The same should be allowed immediately. In view of the above, I do not find it necessary to keep this application pending.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of granting liberty upon the petitioner to make online application

within a period of seven days from date. The Municipality shall allot a separate holding number for the said shoproom of the petitioner within one week thereafter, subject to compliance with all necessary formalities by the petitioner.

Accordingly, CPAN 1926 of 2024 is disposed of. It is clarified that the Municipality shall not insist the petitioner to produce the sanctioned plan of the building. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
