The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to dispose of the Certificate Case No. 33 of 2021 arising out of Gratuity Case No. 106/G/2017, pending before the Certificate Officer, Chandernagore, Hooghly.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Certificate Officer, Chandernagore, Hooghly, shall make all endeavour to dispose of the certificate proceedings within 90 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.

A copy of this order be sent to the Certificate Officer, Chandernagore, Hooghly and the District Magistrate, Hooghly, for immediate compliance.

The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
