Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

Medical report is placed on record. From the report it appears victim suffered abortion due to physical assault. Statement of victim implicates the petitioners in the crime. In view of nature of offence and materials collected against the petitioners we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
