1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. The petitioner alleges that the respondent-Bank is sitting tight over the petitioner's application for education loan, whereas the respondent-Bank alleges that the petitioner is not appearing before the Bank with relevant documents, despite being asked to do so.

3. The problem can be resolved if the petitioner appears before the Bank with the necessary documents as sought by the Bank.

4. Learned counsel for the Bank, by tomorrow, shall communicate in writing to his counterpart

appearing for the petitioner as to what exact documents or nature of documents are to be produced by the petitioner before the Bank.

5. Upon such communication, the petitioner shall approach the Bank with such documents personally.

6. On such approach being made by the petitioner, the respondent-Bank shall decide the petitioner's application/representation within a week thereafter and communicate the outcome of such consideration to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7. The petitioner will be at liberty, if aggrieved, to challenge such outcome by way of a fresh writ petition.

8. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 28072 of 2023 is disposed of in the light of the above observations.

9. There will be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
