1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. An application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the said Act) was made by the petitioner/Bank before the respondent no. 2 on 27.08.2024.

3. The statutory mandate under the said Act is that the concerned authority should dispose of such application within a period of thirty days and upon extension within 60 days.

4. This time has long lapsed. No steps have been taken by the respondent no. 2, to dispose of the application.,

5. The respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the said application filed under Section 14 of the said Act by 15.01.2026.

6. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 28784 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
