The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice issued by the Baidyabati Municipality requiring removal of khatal.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, upon instructions that, his client will not stand in the way of the Municipality if the cows are removed by the Municipality. The petitioner does not intend to maintain the cow shed any further.

In view of the aforesaid submission, it will be open for the Municipality to remove the cows from the subject plot of land.

The petitioner is restrained from raising any objection at the time of removal of the cows. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
