Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent WBGST authority concerned in considering its representation dated 11th October, 2023 as appears at page 18 of the writ petition against the impugned Blocking of Electronic Credit Ledger of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 27979 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent WBGST Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 11th October, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within two weeks from
