Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner do not intend to pursue the present revisional application and prays for liberty to file afresh.

Mr. Begg, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities. As prayed for, the revisional application being CRR 4789 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh under changed circumstances.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the advocate-on-record of the petitioner on the same being replaced by photostat copy.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
