1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner's application/representation for education loan has not yet been considered by the respondent-Bank

3. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 28046 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent-bank to consider and dispose of the representation/application of the petitioner for education loan within a fortnight from date, if necessary by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. The respondent-Bank shall, immediately thereafter, communicate the outcome of the consideration to the petitioner.

5. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the said decision of the Bank, if aggrieved, by a fresh writ petition.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
