This is a writ petition of the year 2007 allowing the petitioner to participate in the interview for the post of peon in a school which was scheduled to be held on 10th January, 2008. Record reveals that by an order dated 20th December, 2007 the petitioner was permitted to appear at the said interview. Due to passage of time nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.
